Through a cluster of Dutch offshore wind companies and technology experts, cooperating in a public-private partnership, named ‘Linked by Offshore Wind’ (LBOW), the Netherlands aims to share knowledge and expertise with the Polish government and businesses in the energy sector. By actively collaborating with local partners in Poland from the supply chain, the PIB partners focus on teamwork, collaboration, and innovation to ensure that future offshore wind farms in the Baltic region have an economical, safely operated, and sustainable future.
Together, we can prove that offshore wind is a powerful and cost-effective solution to achieve climate goals while effectively contributing to economic opportunities through renewable energy and securing energy safety for the region. Ultimately, this leads to high certainty for project developers, increased investor confidence, and lower overall costs. With Polands’ energy ambitions aligning with the Netherlands, we can contribute to a cleaner, more sustainable planet.
